While we do not offer refunds, we will issue a replacement or refund under the following circumstances: 1. Damaged Bottles or Packaging We will send a replacement only if the bottle or packaging is significantly damaged and the product is no longer usable. This includes: Cracked, broken, or leaking bottles Packaging that is clearly and visibly damaged to a degree that affects the product A photo of the damage must be submitted with your replacement request. 2. Short Shelf Life If a product is received less than two months before its "Best Before" date, a replacement will be issued. A photo showing the date must accompany your request. 3. Liquid Quality Concerns If the liquid inside the bottle is significantly below Smiling Wolf's expected quality standards, we will require the bottle to be returned to us for inspection and verification. A replacement will be issued only if the issue is confirmed upon inspection. In this case, we will reimburse the cost of return postage to the customer.
