Pepper is prominent up front and develops into a dual between citrus and the cereal notes in the middle, the viscosity is notable. Light bitterness on the finish with a little heat completes a pure drinking experience.
I love the apertivo. It has a good strong taste with just the right level of bitters, making it a great alternative to that alcoholic well known brand. Sometimes I have it with prosecco and sparkling water to make a less alcoholic apperol spritz. In pure alcohol free form it is still a great drink and base for lots of fun AF cocktails. I thoroughly recommend this product. 5 stars.
