TASTING NOTES

The traditional Italian red is easy on the eye and the construct in the mouth is well balanced all the way through. Red berries and rhubarb come to the fore. The liquid has considerable length with a velvety mouth feel. The finish reveals a delicate balance of sweetness and bitters, deriving from the roots leaving you with a wonderful aftertaste.

I have tried it with lots of different mixers.
My favourite is Lemon & Lime still water with ice, along with
frozen raspberries and blueberries to keep it cool.
The Lemon & Lime enhances the flavour.
