I love the apertivo. It has a good strong taste with just the right level of bitters, making it a great alternative to that alcoholic well known brand. Sometimes I have it with prosecco and sparkling water to make a less alcoholic apperol spritz. In pure alcohol free form it is still a great drink and base for lots of fun AF cocktails.
