INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Smiling Wolf Botanical
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 4 raspberries
  • 1 egg white

METHOD

  1. Shake together Smiling Wolf Botanical, lemon juice, sugar syrup, raspberries and egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake again.
  3. Strain into a coupette.
